As founder and CEO of a quickly growing company, he really needed to ensure he and his team set the right foundations in place and were clear where they were going, operating in their unique ability (doing what they really loved to do) and investing in the right things as a collective to move the bigger objective of the organization forward. When you’re in the middle of it all, building, not everyone can see the future clearly and it’s important to make sure everyone is aligned. Jayson also wasn’t interested in being the only one to carry the organization's vision.  He wanted his team to feel equal ownership, to come together in an intentional co-creation of that future and to be part of stewarding this vision. It was an extremely gratifying process to see his team coming together, creating what’s next. Doing so brought a new level of clarity and focus that's critical to maintaining momentum while everyone keeps bringing their best version of themselves to the table.
